If you ever had fanta, this summer orange spritz is basically a copycat version but with no artificial flavors, coloring or sugar.
Plus, this orange spritz doubles as the perfect aperol spritz mocktail.
It’s a two-in-one recipe, you’re welcome!
Also, you can use the scaling feature on this recipe to make 2-3x the recipe and save the concentrate in the fridge. That way when you want to make this drink, you just need to pour some of the concentrate over ice, along with some sparkling water or club soda.
If you do go the concentrate route, use a 1:1 ratio of concentrate to Gerolsteiner, or any sparkling water you like.

Orange Spritz Ingredients
Here’s everything you’ll need to make this summertime spritz recipe.
- Navel oranges: These are best for juicing.
- Meyer lemons: Aka the only type of lemon I like using in drinks like this; the flavor is so much better than regular lemons.
- Honey: If you want to make this easy orange mocktail completely vegan, feel free to sub with maple syrup.
- Vanilla extract: Vanilla extract tastes amazing in this orange summer drink, but vanilla paste makes this orange spritz taste 20x better!
- Kosher salt
Variations
Ok, so obviously I couldn’t finish off this recipe post without sharing my favorite variations of this orange spritz.
- Add in a dash of coconut water for an extra “summery” (and tropical) drink.
- Make this into a healthy tonic by adding in some fresh ginger and mint. What I typically do is mince up 2-3 tbsp of ginger and add it to the orange and lemon concentrate. Before I pour the concentrate over ice, I’ll strain it to get rid of the ginger pieces. And then I’ll top off the drink with some chopped mint for some added freshness!
