Ooey, gooey thick and rich healthy salted caramel sauce! This syrupy goodness is made with just a few simple ingredients, and best of all is refined-sugar free and secretly healthy.

- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 2 tbsp creamy Sunflower Butter
- ⅓ cup Cashew Milk
- ½ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Add all of the salted caramel ingredients into a pot and place on the stove. Turn the heat on medium and cook until the sauce begins to boil. Turn down the heat to low and continue to cook the caramel for 3-4 minutes until it has become homogenous, thick and creamy.
- Once the caramel is done cooking, pour into a jar and let cool or use immediately. Store in the fridge or on the counter for up to 1 week!
