Description

If you ever had fanta, this summer orange spritz is basically a copycat version but with no artificial flavors, coloring or sugar. Plus, this orange spritz doubles as the perfect non-alcoholic aperol spritz dupe.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium Navel orange
  • 1 medium Meyer lemon
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple syrup
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract (sub with ¼ tsp vanilla paste)
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • S. Pellegrino or club soda

Instructions

  1. Start by juicing the orange and lemon into a small jar or wide mouth cup. Next, add in the honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk to combine.
  2.  Pour the citrus mixture over a cup filled halfway with ice. Then top the remaining part of the drink off with sparkling water or club soda. I typically use San Pellegrino so I get some added minerals in this drink.

Notes

*If you’re feeling fancy, add in some thinly sliced lemon and chopped mint!
