Description

This strawberry coconut cloud smoothie is a copycat version of the viral Erewhon strawberry glaze smoothie. It’s creamy, dreamy, strawberry heaven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 scoops Ka’Chava Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender. Quick tip, break the frozen bananas into chunks or cut with a knife to make it easier for your blender.
  2. Blend everything together on low speed for 30 seconds, then slowly ramp up the speed to medium-high and continue to blend for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Add three large dollops of coconut yogurt to the bottom of your glass, and use a spoon to create swirls upwards on the side of the cup. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries onto the side of the glass to create a beautiful marbled effect. Then pour in the smoothie and enjoy!
